Managed by 4 partners with over 60 years of combined industry experience, Planning Solutions Group caters to the financial planning needs of business owners and the affluent community. Currently, PSG has two offices – in Columbia, MD and Virginia Beach, VA. The services offered by Planning Solutions Group range from fee-based financial planning, asset management, insurance and retirement planning, to more complex concepts of estate planning and business succession strategies. The partners and planners of PSG offer objective financial advice, in addition to specific recommendations to manage the planning needs of their clients. PSG believes in a collaborative and holistic approach to financial planning and works to coordinate with their clients’ existing advisors to create a financial plan for success. Robert Hayes Carson, managing partner of Planning Solutions Group, says, “Most of our clients already have competent advisors and have done some planning prior to our first meeting. However, we often see a lack of coordination within their financial plans. We work together to develop a strategy that is in the client’s best interest and fill in any missing pieces of their overall financial plan.
